We provide a wide range of solutions to qualified clients

Many people with disabilities may qualify for the state's home and community-based services (HCBS) waiver programs. The services available through the waiver programs help pay for a wide range of solutions delivered at little or no cost to qualified clients. The exact services available vary according to specific waiver and client needs.

Here at AG Home Health Care, we serve clients who have been approved for the following waivers:

Community Alternative Care [CAC]

Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)

Compliance is a critical factor in delivering our services

Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is a law that requires home care agencies to track and verify the location, time, and type of personal care services their caregivers provide to their clients.

Caregivers who provide personal care services to clients on a home care visit are required to log in electronically with the client’s receiving agency before the visit. This login is part of a law called the 21st Century Cures Act.

At AG Home Health Care, we use EVV software in compliance with the Cures Act. We ensure that all of our caregivers are up-to-date and compliant with EVV laws in the state of Minnesota.

Integrated Licensure

Licenced to provide basic home care and support services

AG Home Health Care is a local home health care agency with an integrated license: home and community-based services (HCBS) designation to provide basic support services as identified in Minnesota Statutes, section 245D.03, subdivision 1, paragraph (b). In compliance with Minnesota Statutes, chapter 144A with a home and community-based services designation.
